ExpertsHub AI Inc. ("ExpertsHub", "we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in connection with our Platform. By using the Platform, you accept this Policy.
1. Who We Are
ExpertsHub AI Inc. is the data controller for most Platform activities. For certain client-configured hiring workflows, we may act as a data processor on behalf of the Client. Our payment processor handles payment data under its own terms. For our contact details, see Section 9.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect data you provide (account details, profile, resume, assessment responses, payment information), data generated through your use of the Platform (usage telemetry, session data, security signals), data from third parties (identity verification results, fraud screening signals), and for referred candidates, data submitted by referral Partners on your behalf.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: operate and improve the Platform; match Candidates with Jobs; conduct AI-powered assessments and interviews; process payments and payouts; verify identity and screen for fraud and sanctions; communicate with you about your account and Jobs; and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use private Job or workspace content to train public AI models without your consent.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (to provide the Platform services you requested); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement); legal obligation (tax, regulatory, AML/KYC requirements); and consent (where required by applicable law, such as for marketing communications or certain cookies).
For users located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR applies. For users in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies as and when its relevant provisions are in force. Users in these regions have additional rights as described in Section 7.
5. How We Share Your Data
We share data with: service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, KYC, fraud screening, analytics, communications); payment processors for payment and payout services; and other Platform users involved in the same Job workflow (e.g., sharing a Candidate's profile with a Client who posted the relevant Job, or sharing a Candidate's profile with the hiring company after referral consent is obtained).
We may disclose data as required by law, court order, or regulator request, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (where the acquirer assumes our obligations under this Policy).
We do not sell your personal data
6. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the Platform, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and profile data is retained for the life of the account plus three years after closure. Payment and transaction data is retained for seven years or as required by applicable law. Assessment and interview data is retained for two years. You may request deletion subject to our legal retention obligations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, object to certain processing, and request data portability. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@expertshub.ai. We will respond within 30 days or as required by applicable law.
EEA and UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. Indian users may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India once operational.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and periodic security reviews. No system is entirely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.

11. Updates
